Las Quebradas Residence
- Location
- Alamo, California
- Type
- Residential

A two storey house on a hillside, where the lighting had to work as hard from the garden looking in as from inside looking out.
Trimless downlights run through the interiors so the ceilings stay clean against the glazing, with linear cove picking up the dressing room and the display walls.
Outside, the rear elevation and the pool are lit as one composition, because from the garden the glazing reads as a lit wall rather than a window.

Trimless downlights inside, linear cove in the dressing room and wine display, and the rear elevation lit to hold the house against the hill.
