This policy describes how Nuordic Lighting Company collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, place an order, or contact us. We keep it short because our practice is simple: we collect what we need to serve you and nothing more.
What we collect
Account and order details you provide: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Messages you send us through the contact form, trade applications, lighting design briefs, and configurator quote requests.
Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand what is useful.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, provide quotes, respond to inquiries, and administer trade accounts and their pricing.
To send order confirmations and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery. Each receives only what its function requires.
Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty service. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff who need it.
