Terms and Conditions

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars for the United States store and Canadian dollars for the Canada store, exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Configured products are built to the order code shown at checkout or on your quote. Review the code carefully; it is the specification we manufacture and ship against.

We may correct obvious pricing errors before shipment. If we do, you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Quotes

Configurator and project quotes are indicative until confirmed by our team, and confirmed quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise.

Shipping and risk

Lead times shown on product pages are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on carrier delivery. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages within 5 business days.

Returns

Stock items may be returned within 30 days in unused, resalable condition in original packaging, less outbound shipping. Configured and cut-to-length products are made for your order and are not returnable unless defective.

Warranty

Nuordic fixtures carry a 5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation per our instructions. The remedy is repair or replacement of the affected product. The warranty does not cover improper installation, incompatible dimming or drivers not supplied or approved by us, or damage from misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for installation costs or consequential damages.
